Jacqueline Simone Brown is a university trained actress, a playwright, director, acting coach, host, and educator.

Along her path, Jacqueline has acquired a BA in Theater Performance and Communications, she has been seen in shows such as: For Colored Girls, It's a Wonderful Life, The Laramie Project, Is That Love, Juneteenth Street, Behind the Curtain of Covid, and Daisies on Harlem's Doorstep. 

Jacqueline is also an amazing program manager, teaching artist, and director. She's had experience at Long Wharf Theater (LWT), Oddfellows Playhouse Youth Theater, Mosaic Theater, and with Vintage Soul Productions.

Jacqueline is releasing plays, available for hosting opportunities, open for creative collaborations, teaching artist work, acting, and directing. 


Recent & Upcoming:

Jacqueline can be seen as a part of the cast for Westport Country Playhouse's  production of Scaredy Kat Presents: Touring from Feb 4-April 2023. 

Jacqueline performed in Elm City's Finest hosted by The Shubert Theater on November 5th. New Haven Independent Article
